When you request a free trial or demo of our software (including through our online advertisements or lead forms), we collect your name, mobile number, email address and city. This information is used only to contact you, provide the requested demo/trial, and share relevant service details. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with any third party for unrelated marketing. If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, an irreversibly encrypted (hashed) form of these details is shared with Meta solely to measure that advertisement — see section 5 below.
Our public website pages (home, sign-up and login pages) use the Meta Pixel and similar cookies to measure the performance of our Facebook/Instagram advertisements and to show relevant ads to visitors. This collects technical information such as pages visited, browser/device type, the advertisement click identifier, and whether a sign-up was completed.
Because this browser-based measurement is often blocked, we also report the same two sign-up events (starting the sign-up form, and completing registration) to Meta directly from our server using Meta's Conversions API. Both methods carry a shared event identifier so that one sign-up is counted only once. For this purpose we send Meta your first name, mobile number and email address in an irreversibly encrypted (SHA-256 hashed) form only — we never send these in readable form — together with your IP address, browser user-agent and the advertisement click identifier. Meta uses these hashes only to match the sign-up to an advertisement and to measure and improve our campaigns.
This measurement applies only to our public marketing pages. It does not collect your insurance, policy or customer records, and neither the pixel nor the Conversions API is used inside the logged-in software. You can control ad personalisation from your Facebook/Instagram Ad Preferences, or by clearing/blocking cookies in your browser.
